Another category up for grabs is the FCSI Sustainable Catering Equipment Award, which is given to an FEA member company.

The award aims to recognize innovation and excellence in achieving savings in energy, water, CO2 emissions or consumables.

This distinction was launched by FCSI UK & Ireland as its only annual equipment award to recognize FEA members’ product which is considered to best meet sustainability requirements in its practical application and use.

Registrations are open to FEA members only and the deadline for submitting applications is Friday August 20, 2021.

The winners, along with the 2021 recipient of the Excellence Award, will be announced at the FEA 2021 Conference Gala Dinner, to be held at Chesford Grange on Thursday, September 16.
