Catering equipment maker Sammic is looking to appoint a regional sales manager covering London and the South.
In order to meet the demands of this role now and in the future, the successful candidate is likely to have the ambition to succeed in a demanding, sales-driven and technology-driven organization.
A proven sales experience and an ability to meet sales goals are essential, but just as important is the ability to contribute to continuous improvement within the organization and to focus on its long term success. The ability to manage your own performance, as well as to work closely with other management and support staff is important. Additionally, an understanding of the importance of marketing techniques within the sales function is essential in order to support change planning to ensure long term viability.

Experience in the catering equipment industry is essential, an understanding and ability to apply new techniques in terms of customer relationship management, planning and sales processes and an ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders , including government institutions and blue-chip companies.
