Bill Jaqua said they had been looking to lease space for a restaurant for about a year when the Greene’s space became available. He and his family have served the Dayton area for a long time and look forward to serving the people at The Greene.
“It was all inspired by the challenge of it,” Jaqua said. “We’re really good at catering and we have a lot to contribute. It was the perfect time for us to get into the restaurant business.
