Take advantage of great deals for 2022 with offers from Tui, British Airways and Thomas Cook

It might not be the good year we’ve all been hoping for, but what could be better than planning for some fun in the sun in 2022?

Covid has beaten the travel agencies, but they are battling with a plethora of offers to get us to book next year. For those who want to secure a break, it has never been better, with flexible booking terms, discounts and even VIP travel giveaways.

The UK’s largest tour operator is launching its Live Happy Sale today, with savings of up to £ 300 on package travel with Tui or other airlines using the code SALE.

There are also thousands of free spaces for children, low deposits starting at £ 60 per person and zero deposit on direct debit bookings made online.

Offers are valid on all summer holidays between May 1 and October 31, 2022. There are also sale offers for single parents and solo travelers, with the option to save £ 200 on bookings with an adult for a minimum spend of £ 800, or £ 250 on long haul travel with an adult for a minimum spend of £ 1000.

The company’s cruise line, Marella, saved up to £ 300 on Mediterranean and Caribbean crossings between May 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023, with code CRUISE300; and savings of £ 300 on European river cruises between March 28 and October 28, 2022, with code TUIRC300.

Summer offers include seven nights of self-catering accommodation at 4H Tui Blue Alcudia Pins in Mallorca from £ 640 per person, including a free child seat, based on two adults and two children sharing, departing from Bristol August 3 and transfers.

BRITISH Airways and BA Holidays have already launched their January sales, with discounts on flights and travel to over 100 destinations.

Book by January 25 to qualify, with return flights from Heathrow to New York starting at £ 326 per person and from San Francisco starting at £ 345. There’s sunshine on sale too, with flights to Dubai starting at £ 299, Bermuda starting at £ 498 and the Bahamas starting at £ 559.

BA Holidays has deposits from £ 60 per person with nothing payable up to four weeks before short haul travel and seven weeks before long haul travel.

It offers seven-night packages (flight and hotel) from £ 199 per person to European destinations such as Malaga, Corfu and the Algarve.

Two-night city breaks including Prague, Budapest and Venice start at £ 119 per person. Elsewhere, trips to the United States include seven nights in Orlando from £ 449pp and three nights in New York from £ 439pp.

Discounts are also available for Caribbean vacations, with seven nights in Barbados starting at £ 549pp and St Lucia starting at £ 619pp.


THE web giant offers VIP gifts to all its customers. All reservations will be accompanied by free quick access to the airport to get you through security, as well as free access to the airport lounge on 4am and 5am public holidays.

There’s up to 40% savings on the sale, with offers including seven nights in B&B at 5H Gran Melia Palacio de Isora, Tenerife, starting at £ 506 per person, flights from Manchester included on May 3; or seven nights half board at 5H Lindos Imperial, Cyprus, from £ 336 per person, flights to Stansted included on April 26; and seven nights with half board at 4H Sol Palmanova in Mallorca from £ 287 per person, including flights to Birmingham on 1 May. EASYJET has launched its big orange sale, with up to 25% off flights and up to £ 300 off holidays, with thousands of free children’s seats available for booking by February 1.

Seats on thousands of flights to and from the UK between January 18 and September 30, 2022 to over 110 destinations are discounted by up to 25% if booked by January 11 on easyjet.com.

For a holiday you can save £ 300 with a minimum expenditure of £ 3000; get £ 150 off travel worth £ 1,500; and save £ 100 on bookings over £ 700 using code BIGSALE. Valid on all trips from January 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023. Book before February 1, 2022 at easyjet.com/holidays.

One-way flight deals of £ 14.99 include Gatwick to Valencia, Palma de Mallorca and Faro; Liverpool in Geneva, Tenerife and Palma de Mallorca; and Manchester in Geneva, Madrid and Lanzarote.

Vacation deals include seven all-inclusive nights at 4H Virginia Family Resort, Rhodes, starting at £ 386 pp, 23kg luggage, transfers and flights to Luton on October 9, 2022. Or get seven all-inclusive nights at 5H Paloma Orenda to Side, Antalya, from £ 485 per person, including Luton flights departing 23 April 2022.


The online agent has saved up to 40% on hundreds of hotels across the Mediterranean for the summer of 2022. There are also deposits starting at £ 39, free changes if you need to make a change due of Covid and refunds within 14 days. if Thomas Cook or your airline cancels a trip due to quarantine, travel bans or blockages at your destination.

Get three nights’ accommodation only at the 3H Topaz Hotel in Bugibba, Malta, from £ 149 per person, including flights from Stansted on 2nd May.
